As a reminder, Insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance DOES NOT pay for Travel Time OR Pick-up/Delivery. Please find below our policy and fee schedule for all Repairs or Service Calls.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL:

(All Service Call prices do not include labor time, only travel time)
Batteries for POV/Scooters:
Starting at $120.00 each. (Depends on style/size) (Installation fee not included)
NO EXCEPTIONS: (We are paid for the knowledge and training that we’ve had to repair equipment, in addition to our actual labor time.)
Collections of the Service/Repair Fees:
In-Home Service Calls may be charged to a credit or debit card before leaving the office or over the phone. If paying with check or cash, the Service fee of ($99, $135, or $159) must be received by technician BEFORE he/she is allowed to diagnose or repair.
**In-Office Repairs/Service, the Minimum fee of $40.00, MUST be paid BEFORE the technician attempts to diagnose or repair.**
*****Note: Some parts that are replaced and repairs made may be eligible to be billed through insurance. In this instance, the service fee will be due, but the labor may be billed through insurance.
